Ingredients
- Cubed beef
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Buckwheat flower
- 4 carrots peeled and sliced
- Mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 2 Tbsp chopped Thyme
- 1/3 cup of parley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Cup red wine
- Cauliflower mash to serve on
Method
- Season beef with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle flour over the beef evenly
- Add onions, beef, mushrooms and garlic to the slow cooker and stir gently and combine
- Add beef broth, bay leaf , tomato paste and wine to the slow cokker and stir again
- Keep on slow cooker for 8 hours
- Par boil cauliflower then put in a blender with salt and pepper and mix until thick and consistent
