OUTDOOR GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS
If you’ve been thinking about fitness and want to start moving, look no further than Glow For Life Outdoor Group training sessions.
The Glow program includes cardio, strength, functional movement and boxing sessions to bring variety and fun back into fitness. Training sessions are conducted in small groups by certified and experienced Glow Coaches.
Try it out and get your first two weeks of unlimited classes FREE. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to get involved.
Glow Outdoor Group Training sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm.
