INGREDIENTS:
Serves 24
2 cups of oats
1 cup of desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons of Nutraorganics Thriving Protein – Coconut Choc
13 Medjool dates
2 tablespoons of Psyllium husk
1 Jar of Mayvers peanut butter
METHOD:
Mix all of the ingredients except for the peanut butter and water into a food processor until all combined into a dough like shape.
Slowly drip the peanut butter in as you are mixing until all is combined
Add a tablespoon of water into the mixture and mix for 10 seconds more
Pull out chunks of the mix and roll into balls
Put in refrigerator
Great for kids afternoons snacks
