Would you believe “I don’t have time for that” is the most common thing we hear whenever we mention regular yoga or pilates classes to our clients? A lot of the Glow For Life team are happy to sweat it out at the gym a few times a week, or head out for a run, but are more reluctant to test out more structured yoga and pilates sessions.
What we have for you today is pretty simple. This is a yoga routine that is no commitment, takes just 4 minutes, can be done anywhere, anytime by anybody. It might be the miracle when it comes to gentle workouts and doing it for just two weeks every day will benefit you in ways you can only imagine. Reduced back pain, flexibility and lowered stress levels are just some of the perks of yoga.

It’s as simple as holding each of the following four poses for approx 45-60 seconds each:
After you have completed these exercises, finish the cycle by performing a cervasana. It might sound scary, but it’s as easy as lying down on your back on the floor. The idea is you need to be still and focus your breath and energy. This will help you to slow down your mind and de-stress and be the perfect finale to your 4 minute yoga routine.
