Kids Breakfast Recipe: The two ingredient banana pancake.

This is a simple and healthy breakfast recipe for kids of all ages.

Simply beat 2 eggs and mash up one ripe banana and combine. Then heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and fry off kid sized pancakes until golden on each side. (Makes about 8 small pancakes)

The eggs are a great source of protein (good for muscle growth) and Omega-3 (good for heart, eye and brain health), while the bananas are full of potassium which aids the heart as well as the kidneys and nervous system. 

You can make your pancakes really GLOW by adding any of the following:

  • Almond Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cacao
  • Coconut flakes
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Yoghurt
