5 x beetroots organic
- 500g of chickpeas (fresh organic preferably or organic tins is ok )
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Crushed garlic 2 cloves
- ½ cup Tahini Hulled
- Tspn of Ground Cumin
- salt
Chop up in small pieces 5 beetroots and place on oven tray
Pour some oil and salt over the beetroot and roast until beetroot soft
Pour all of the ingredients in to the blender and mix until smooth and consistent
